Generally speaking, the machine could be shipped out within 20-30 days ，and the machine needs 60-90 days，after confirming everything. And it will be packed by flexible packaging with iron underframe.

During one year, any parts damaged caused by machine-self, the seller will repair/replace the spare parts for free, but the buyer should pay the freight. After one year, the seller will supply the spare parts to buyers as the cost. The machine service is all around the machine life.
Q6. How about after-sales?
Based on our strong after-sales team and rich experience, we can resolve most of problems online by video call, messages, and e-mail.
Q7. What about the machine Installation and training?
We have three ways to do as below:
If the customer requests, we will send our technician to do installation and training. Buyer should bear 100USD allowance per day, tickets, accommodation, food.
Customers could come to our workshop to lean how to operate.
We have detailed manual of operation and complete video training.
Q8. What are the terms of payment?
We accept 30% of deposit in advance, then 70% of balance should be paid before shipment.
