Also known as high pressure reducing coupling, is one of the chemical pipe fittings, which is used to connect two different pipe diameters. According to the appearance and use specifications, it can be divided into concentric reducer and eccentric reducer. According to the connection type, there are welding reducing joint, inner wire reducing joint, outer wire reducing joint, etc.
High pressure reducing coupling can be made of 2507 super duplex steel meeting the requirements of ASTM a890 grade 5a, 2205 duplex stainless steel meeting the requirements of ASTM a890 grade 4a, 254SMO (ck3mcun) duplex stainless steel meeting the requirements of ASTM A743, CF8M meeting the requirements of ASTM A743 and cf3m meeting the requirements of ASTM A743. The structure of sealing ring adopts "C" type sealing structure, and the material is EPDM. The temperature range is (- 50 ~ 150 ℃ ). Suitable for cold water, hot water, dilute acid, oil-free air and a variety of chemicals.
Bolt and nut:
The carriage bolts of international standard model are adopted, and the bolts and nuts are made of 316 stainless steel, meeting the American ASTM f-593 standard
